Ryan Thomson CA

Ryan Thomson is a Chartered Accountant and member of ICAS. He trained with PwC in audit before moving into restructuring and creditor advisory work, where he developed experience across insolvency and restructuring matters. He subsequently relocated offshore to the British Virgin Islands, working with Borelli Walsh, now part of Kroll, on cross-border insolvency and restructuring engagements, including contentious matters and solvent liquidations. Since 2022, Ryan has specialised in the solvent liquidation of companies incorporated in the BVI, Cayman Islands and other offshore jurisdictions.
